What's The Role?
Workplace Operations & Supply Chain, through our services and applications provide an employee experience that drives innovation, collaboration, productivity, and transparency. Our Global Employee Operations Team is central to this effort by providing platinum support to 25,000 employees and more than 500,000 annual visitors in more than 170 state-of-the-art offices around the world! We are a close-knit, hardworking team who rely upon a complex set of proprietary and third-party systems to deliver the services we provide; and those systems are the key to understanding where we are successful, and where we can develop.
As a Process Manager in our Workplace Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our workplace processes to improve the employee experience and drive operational excellence. Your primary focus will be on analyzing current operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that drive key results related to departmental objectives. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize workflows and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their needs and develop solutions that enhance the overall employee experience. Your ability to gather and analyze feedback will be crucial in ensuring that our workplace operations are aligned with the evolving needs of our employees.
In this role, as part of continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, you will also be responsible for the orchestration (designing, executing, implementing) of workflow automation solutions using low code platforms, streamlining operations, and reducing manual tasks. Your technical skills will be essential in developing and maintaining these automated processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective. Overseeing multiple initiatives will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business objectives. You will work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to utilize data analysis tools to monitor process performance and generate actionable insights will be vital in driving continuous improvement and informing senior management decisions. Analyze and Improve Processes: Identify inefficiencies in workplace operations and implement strategies to enhance productivity and employee experience.
Pursue Continuous Improvement: Lead data-driven initiatives to optimize processes and workflows.

Automate Using Technical Skills: Develop and implement workflow automation solutions using low to medium coding platforms, maintaining technical documentation.
Manage Initiatives: Develop a roadmap and manage multiple projects in an Agile framework, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Conduct Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data analysis tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements and automation solutions.
Provide Training and Support: Train and support team members on new processes and automation tools.
Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure process improvements and automation solutions comply with regulations and company policies, mitigating potential risks.
Pursue Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance workplace operations.
You'll need to have:
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
At a minimum, we require that you are legally authorized to work full-time in the United States and will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
Proven Initiative Management: Successfully managed projects from design to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Process Improvement History: Identified and implemented solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity in workplace operations.
Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas in Microsoft Excel.
Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Coding & Automation Experience: Hands-on experience with low/medium code tools and advanced Python or other coding languages for process automation.
Agile Environment Experience: Proven experience delivering products and services efficiently in an Agile environment.
Documentation Skills: Skilled in writing functional and technical documentation for project and process clarity.
Data-Driven Insights: Leveraged data to generate insights and translate them into actionable business value projects.
Articulate and Persuasive: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude for effective collaboration.
Autonomous Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, managing tasks independently with high performance standards.

Experience writing both functional and technical documentation
Experience working with IWMS systems, such as Tririga
Worked with SAP® system
Automating in a low code/no code environment, such as Power Automate, Zapier, or similar platforms.
Experience with RPA, scripting, and utilizing common libraries and APIs
Experience with ServiceNow Creator Workflows a plus
