It's what keeps us inventing and reinventing, all the time. Our culture is wide open, just like our spaces. We bring out the best in each other through collaboration. Through our countless volunteer projects, we also help network with the communities around us, too. You can do amazing work here. Work you couldn't do anywhere else. You will work hands-on developing data driven automations, business analytics applications that help monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement across the organization.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Generate ideas and identify opportunities for improvement from data about our facilities, supply chain, employee support, and other operations

  • Operate as an internal consultant for our business teams in addressing strategic and operational issues to recommend actions supported with data and analysis

  • Think beyond specific tasks, understand the goal, and ask the right questions to drive value for the business

  • Build data models using Python, SQL, and data visualization software (i.e., QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI)

  • Build intuitive and digestible dashboards and visualizations using Qliksense

  • Perform robust analysis of large data sets to build classification, prediction, and regression models using the Python data science suite

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on design and engineering to develop an understanding of needs

  • Keep current with technical and industry standards in data science

  • Effectively anticipate changes in the work environment and adapt accordingly

You’ll need to have:

  • An undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar

  • At a minimum, we require that you are legally authorized to work full-time in the United States and will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in analytics consulting, multivariate modeling, segmentation, quantitative methods, predictive models, and machine learning using Python

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality presentation materials for senior leadership

  • A minimum of 3 years advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases, knowledge of big data systems such as Hadoop and Spark

  • Experience with data visualization software tools (e.g. Qliksense, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

  • Ability to work with and explain technical concepts to non-technical partners, and break down sophisticated business problems into achievable steps

We'd love to see:

  • Two or more years of project management experience

  • Past experience in strategy consulting

  • Experience working within an Agile framework
